Privacy Notice — DPDPA Awareness Essentials

This notice explains how Abhisam uses personal data collected when you access the free DPDPA Awareness Essentials course or submit an enquiry about Abhisam's full DPDPA Awareness Training.
What we collect
At course entry: your work email address and organisation. We also retain limited technical information such as browser/user-agent information, country code supplied by Cloudflare and a request identifier for security and troubleshooting.
If you submit the optional enquiry: your name, work email, organisation and Phone / WhatsApp number, together with the entry-gate email where available.
Why we use it
- to provide and secure access to the free course;
- to maintain participation and registration records;
- to prevent abuse, automated registrations and misuse of the course;
- to respond when you voluntarily request information about Abhisam's full DPDPA training;
- to understand organisational interest in the training.
Where the data is stored
Registration and enquiry records are stored in the Cloudflare infrastructure used to operate this course. Authorised Abhisam personnel can view these records through a protected administrative interface and export them as CSV when needed.
Email notifications
When enabled, Abhisam may receive an internal email alert after a registration or enquiry is stored. The database record remains the authoritative record.
How long we keep it
We retain records only for as long as reasonably necessary for course administration, security, responding to enquiries and legitimate business record-keeping. Records may be deleted or anonymised when no longer required.
Your choices and requests
You may contact Abhisam to ask about the personal data associated with this free course, or to request an appropriate correction or deletion. Use the Abhisam contact page and mention DPDPA Essentials privacy request.
Optional enquiry
The enquiry form at the end of the course is optional. If you submit it, you are asking Abhisam to contact you about DPDPA Awareness Training and related corporate training services.
