These terms apply to the free DPDPA Awareness Essentials course provided by Abhisam.
Personal learning licence
Abhisam grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the course for your own learning and evaluation. The course content, design, text, graphics, audio, video and interactions remain the intellectual property of Abhisam and/or its licensors.
What you may not do
- copy, reproduce, republish, sell or redistribute the course or substantial parts of it;
- share protected course files or attempt to bypass the access controls;
- use automated tools to scrape or mass-download course content;
- misrepresent the course as your own training material.
Free-course access
Access is provided for genuine business users using a valid work/organisation email. Abhisam may restrict or withdraw free access where there is suspected misuse, automated activity or circumvention of the access controls.

The course provides general employee-awareness information. It is not legal advice and is not a substitute for organisation-specific legal, privacy or compliance advice.
Availability
Abhisam may update the course, these terms or the free-course service from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of a free service.
